This year will be hard for many.

What a laugh when the National Bank economist said six weeks ago; “now is the best time to buy a house - prices will only go up”. I guess what he was really saying was, “get yourself into as much debt as possible because we, the banks, are going to screw the New Zealanders for everything they have in 2012 – we will own you”.

This article here is evidence of the banks preparing for the biggest world-wide recession and subsequent take-over. New Zealand WILL NOT be exempt.
