Introducing the Robot ® K600 30W water cooled CO2 Gas Laser Engraver with Picproc operating program.

The Robot ® K600 is a product of Quanxin (Changshin) the first commercial Chinese company with the help of the Shanghai Laser Institute to manufacture laser engraving machines with 100% Chinese components. (The rotary attachment is designed and manufactured in New Zealand, the vacuum pump is made in Japan).

The technology is similar to USA and European with virtually 100% reliability, but the cost is markedly less. The Robot ® K600 uses a 30W CO2 water cooled gas laser, powerful enough yet economical. Service is minimal and very easy.

The engraving area is 300x200mm on one plane, with a 25-90mm diameter rotary attachment. The rotary attachment is a unique uni axle, with objects being vacuum held allowing the greatest angular movement for tapered glasses in the world. It can accommodate almost all sizes of glasses from the smallest shot to the tallest (240mm) beer glass.

The result on glass is similar to sandblasting, without the dangers, setup and blasting time required. The sample image showing the fine detail is only 35mm wide. On other materials it's as crisp as the image you start with.
On plastic, wood, leather, coated metals, and other non reflective materials, the engraving is totally adjustable for depth and crispness.

The materials able to be engraved by the Robot ® K600 include all non reflective materials, and it will mark metals with a suitable etching fluid.

The investment required for the Robot ® K600 equates to less than a dozen glasses or a couple of plaques per week. And replacement parts are the cheapest in the world.
