To be able to list a property, you must be registered as a seller.

Registration benifits and conditions.


* Any individual, that is real estate agents and private sellers may register to list properties for sale.


* For real estate agents:

registration is $450 plus GST per three month block ($150.00 plus GST per month) and renewed automatically by direct debit until notified to stop.
Once registered, you may list as many of your properties as you wish.

 

* For private individuals:

a one time fee of $450 plus GST per listing.


* The first payment will be immediately after filling in the registration form below.


* Following payment, you will then be given a username and password to access the listing pages.


* It is important that you keep your username and password secure and not divulge these to third parties.
