To be able to list a property, you must be registered seller.

 

For real estate agents:

registration is $150 plus GST per month ($450.00 plus GST per three month block) and renewed automatically by direct debit until notified to stop.
Once registered, you may list as many of your properties as you wish.

 

* Following payment, you will then be given a username and password to access the listing pages.

* It is important that you keep your username and password secure and not divulge these to third parties.

 

For private individuals:

a one time fee of $165 (includes GST) per listing.

 

* Following payment, you will be directed to the listing page.
