Accessories : Included with your inflatable is a blower, ground sheet and repair kit using same colour material and glue.

Colour : Any colour(s) can be provided to your specifications.

Cost : All orders are quoted delivered to your door, duty unpaid - DDU ie. we pay manufacturer, shipping, customs clearance, and freight to your door, but not any customs duty or local taxes (if any).

Customs clearance : This fee is the same for each shipment, regardless of the value, size, weight or amount of the shipment. See FAQ's for rates.

Designs : Inflatables can be made from your specifications and drawings. Just send us the details.
This site contains only a sample of all the designs available. Please contact us with your wishes.

Freight : Air freight is only reasonable for very urgent consignments. Several dollars per kilo.
Sea freight is charged on the greater of either weight or volume, and 1.0 m3 / 1000 kgs minimum. Typically around US$100 / m3 / 1000 kgs.

Guarantee : Inflatables are tested before departure and guaranteed free from fault. They should provide at least three years good use. A repair kit is supplied with all inflatables as return shipping is not practicable. A refund or replacement is possible in the very unlikely event of serious problems.

Logos : Your own logo, picture, design, etc, can be placed on an inflatable. Just provide us with an image.

Manufacture time : Production takes between 5-15 days from confirmation of order, depending on size, design and complexity. A new design may take longer.

Material : Inflatable products are made from flame retardant PVC Tarpaulin to standard BS5852.

Ordering : You may place your order by contacting us by any means on our contact information page. Further communications will be by email.

Order quantity: You may order any quantity at any time. Note: the custom clearance charges are for each shipment.

Payment : Payment is by bank transfer or by cleared cheque. 50% deposit is required with confirmed order, and the balance prior to delivery.

Quotes : The price of each individual inflatable is quoted prior to time of confirmation of order, delivered to you.

Shipping time : by air - approx 7-10 days, by sea - approx 21-28 days.

Size : Any size can be made to your specification although standard sizes are available.
