Nissan 320hp 22 tonnes gross, water delivery, contracted to Richard N Wymers Limited. Driven on just about every road and four wheel drive track in the Waikato, with lots of off road driving also, 100km radius from Hamilton.

DAF 320hp 39 tonnes gross for Kintyre Meats Limited, Carterton. Used for line haul beef and sheep carcasses between their Ruakura and Carterton Abattoirs. Occasional deliveries to Butcher shops in Auckland.

Mitsubishi Fuso 340hp V8 (awesome torque) 24 tonnes gross Cabernet Foods Ltd Hamilton. Delivery of meat from Hamilton to butcher shops and supermarkets ( 40+ customers ) all over Auckland. Made for challenging driving of a large vehicle in confined spaces or in heavy traffic in inner city situations.

Pacific Tourways coach tours of the South Island. Based in Queenstown. Tours ranged from one day sight seeing to 21 day whole South Island tours.

Newmans Tours, based in Queenstown. There were three scheduled tours. All began in Queenstown and went to : Day 1 - Mt Cook return (Lewis pass, connected with Christurch coach) Day 2 - Thunder Creek, West Coast return (Haast Pass, connected with Franz Joseph coach) Day 3 - to Milford Sound and return (Homer Tunnel). 1700 km driving in three days, as well as commentaries and passenger mangement.

Volvo B12 with cruise control and automatic braking retarders (exhaust and hydraulic). These modern coaches, carried 48 passengers in 5 star luxury and comfort and had a toilet on board. Some had 12 speed auto gearboxes, and so you could drive all day and not touch the brakes except for full stops.
