Hello. I'm Ron Gerritsen, Managing Director, Hi Image Enterprises Limited.

The son of Dutch immigrant farmers, raised in the deep south of New Zealand and progressively migrated north for education and work.

With a Bachelor of Agricultural Science degree, became a specialist dairy advisor for the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries (MAF), following as Rural Manager for the National Dairy Association (NDA), Hamilton.

For a short time was production planner / quality controller for Caxton, and subsequently owning several successful businesses, and being involved in business mentoring, business evaluations and business brokering. Latterly importer / trader – www.hiimage.co.nz

An Associate Member of the Institute of Management.

Interests include, making wine, distilling and making spirits, hydroponic gardening PIC 1, PIC 2, fine food, flying, microlites and paragliding, and massaging. And this is what I get up to after hours to use up my adrenaline ! Check it out ! And of course I have lots of fun when I travel courtesy of my many Chinese friends.

Married for 34 years to Moira, (Moira's website) we have three adult children. Now that we are free ! Moira and I are experiencing life differently by travelling and living in different places for short (two year) periods. Home base is still Hamilton, NZ.
At present living in Queenstown, NZ. Off to Australia (Melbourne and Perth) in 2008 and then who knows where - exciting - maybe Rehoboth, Delaware, USA.
