So that both parties know all the details that are required, and the home owners requirements and wishes can be transferred accurately and completely to us your A1HomeSitter. It is not designed as a contract to bind the parties to legal requirements.

And this can only be achieved if all the questions and answers are available, and being human we will forget something, and the last thing either party wants is to be panicking about some forgotten detail - so it's all written down in this document ... the Information Document

The Information Document is a comprehensive list of questions to be answered usually easily and swiftly in a face to face situation.
However, often it is good to have the Information Document earlier so that the Home Owner can fill it in at leisure, especially if it is the first time they will be leaving their home to a Home Sitter.
