How do I go about finding a listing in my area?
Following selecting a state on the buy page, the first line will inform you if there are no listings in that state.
If there are listings, on the regional page, all towns with a listing will be in bold type.

What if the town I am looking for is not listed in the list of towns?
Use the Search facility. If a word is in the website, Search will find it and provide a link or links to the relevant pages.

I am looking for a specific suburb in a city?
Use the Search facility on the "Buy Page" or the "Home page" . If someone has listed a house in a suburb or other "district", Search will find it. If it does not find it - it is not there.

Can I find a listing directly if I have been supplied with the username?
Yes. Go to the "Buy Page" or to the "Home page" and type it into Search.

What happens when I find a suitable property in your listings?
You will make contact with the person who listed the property via their email link or other contact details, and negotiate directly with them.

Do the Real Estate Agents charge the same fees as usual?
Yes. All aspects of your dealings with Real Estate Agents is as usual.

I am an individual wishing to sell my property.
Am I able to list on Nearly Perfect Houses?
Yes, anyone may list on nearlyperfecthouses.com.au

What are the charges for advertising a listing on Nearly Perfect Houses?
a) For Real Estate Agents the fee to advertise in this boutique website is $150 plus GST per month.
This will allow you to advertise an unlimited number of properties.
The fee will be charged in blocks of three months at a time, and will be paid by credit card for the first payment and then automatically debited from your credit card every three months until notified to stop.
b) For a private individual, the fee to advertise in this boutique website is $150 plus GST per property. There is no time limit and the property may remain listed until sold.
To get things rolling, the first fifty real estate agents will pay nothing for nine months, and the first fifty private individuals will pay only one cent to register.

Am I able to submit more than six photographs when listing my property?
No. Six photographs should suffice to give the required impression. More information can be provided to an enquirer after they make contact with you the lister.

After logging in, I don't seem to be able to make the selling pages progress. What is the problem?
You must have cookies enabled in your computer so that your password is remembered, and Javascript enabled to enable some links to work. You will be automatically logged out after ten minutes of inaction and have to login again.
