Quicksilver MXIIA Ultralight Plane

Quicksilver MX-IIA Ultralight Plane - now this is fun !

Trailered, easily towed, an excellent condition low hour example and very easy and very safe to fly.

This plane is as new, with latest Rotax 503 50HP engine, two seater, low hours, spares, tools and everything set to go, and where to learn to fly if needed, flying instruction, airfield info, books, manuals, and all the information and copious files and documents, and hangerage you would ever require, etc.
Comes with / on a good trailer, upgraded instrument dashboard, 2x Crash Helmets with radio / intercom

If you can drive, you can fly

Additional Note

This is a "real" airplane in spite of its simplicity. It has 3-axis controls like larger planes, so in direct contrast with trikes, by learning to fly the QS MX-IIA you have the alternative to transition to more complex airplanes smoothly without having to re-learn key aspects of airplane control. The stick-and-rudder skills needed to fly standard airplanes can be learned cheaply and efficiently which gives you confidence and opens up your possibilities for the future. The pusher configuration is ideal for recreational pilots because it maximizes visibility where you need it: front, sides and below.

The above advert was written but not promoted as the plane was stored. Unfortunately in the last year while stored outside, the tarpaulin disintegrated and no one realised, so the plane got soaked.

A new Tarp has been replaced to cover, but the plane will need a good strip down and clean, and the motor checked.

In its present condition, I can only ask for an offer, and I will make it a good deal for someone with love for this type of plane and some time for TLC.

Come and have a look and see if it's for you, then be happy.

This is a thrilling plane to fly as with the spoilerons, you can dive like a Stukka, maybe not quite to that degree, but if you are way too high for landing, no problem, hit the air brakes, put the stick forward, and down you come, very steeply. Exciting !

Interested, call Ronald 0497 540 147.
