This site is 50 x 50 m and high and dry with much fill from old diggings.
It has a shack on it as seen beside and behind Betty, but it is not liveable, but could make a good tool shed.
However it is on the best spot to build a cabin or cottage so would need to be shifted.
There are good neighbours on each side, but otherwise very quiet area.
