Prices and Currency Conversion
By default all prices are in US$. Prices can be displayed in alternative currencies by using the Currency Converter. Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Order acceptance only occurs when the goods are dispatched to the buyer. 'Shop with Moira' or the supplier reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
'Shop with Moira' or the supplier reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All credit card orders placed over US$500.00 may require a copy of the front and reverse of the card to be faxed to 'Shop with Moira' or the supplier. Additional verifications or information maybe require before accepting any order.

Order Delivery Times
Any quotations of delivery times by 'Shop with Moira' are made in good faith but are estimates and 'Shop with Moira' shall not be bound by such quotation.

Damages or Loss in Transit
Goods leaving 'Shop with Moira'’s or the supplier's premises are adequately packed. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the respective carrier as follows:
1. Prior to acknowledging delivery to the carrier the buyer must ensure that the complete consignment as per the carrier's note has been received. Should there be a shortage or visible damage to outer packaging the carrier's note must be endorsed accordingly at the time the goods are delivered.
2. No liability for goods damaged or lost in transit will be accepted by 'Shop with Moira' or the supplier, however details of any claim should be advised to 'Shop with Moira' or the supplier.

Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all goods come with a warranty of one year against defective parts and workmanship. Goods which are proven to be defective within one year or within the stated warranty period of the date of invoice will be repaired or replaced free of charge when the goods are returned to 'Shop with Moira' or the supplier.
Goods must be delivered to 'Shop with Moira' or the spplier at the buyer's expense. Repaired or replacement goods will be returned to the buyer at 'Shop with Moira''s or the buyer's expense. The warranty does not apply if damage is caused through improper use the goods supplied. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid invoice.

Return of Goods
Goods supplied in accordance with an order can only be returned with the express approval of 'Shop with Moira' or the product supplier. If you wish to return faulty goods you need to notify 'Shop with Moira' or the supplier first by phone or email. Goods cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. Where goods are accepted (either for replace-ment, repair or refund at the discretion of 'Shop with Moira' or the supplier) they must be delivered at the buyer’s expense to 'Shop with Moira'’s or the suppliers depot in original condition and packaging. Where goods are returned in damaged or substandard condition to 'Shop with Moira' or a supplier, additional fees maybe charged. Returns for orders paid by credit card will be credited electronically back to your credit card account. Returns for orders paid by direct credit will be credited electronic-ally back to your bank account.

Assumption of responsibilty
The buyer understands that products may be a risk to physical health and safety if not used properly. The buyer further understands that it is 'Shop with Moira''s recommendation that the buyer consults a professional prior to using any product or engaging in any activity that may be a risk to physical health and safety.

'Shop with Moira' shall not be held responsible for damages arising from the buyer's recklessness, negligence, misuse of any product, improper execution of generally acceptable techniques, or for any damage or injury that occurs pursuant to any information received from 'Shop with Moira' on the Internet, or by any other means now known or later developed.
