Customs Clearance Charges / Times :
For non electronic items.
These charges/times are per consignment, typically -
USA : $250 + $40 per w/m - 7-14 days
UK : £100 +£50 per w/m - 10 days
Aus : $220 + $100 per w/m - 7 days
NZ : $350 + $50 per w/m - 2 days
Note: The minimum charge is 1.0 m3 / 1000 kgs
Terminology: w = weight, m = m3
For other countries, please enquire.
Allow 1-2 days for wharfage, and 1-3 days for intra-country freighting depending on distance from port.

Enquiries : When making enquiries, please be specific and give as much information as possible. This will save valuable time and you will get a helpful answer much quicker. Contact us.

Freight : Air freight is charged on weight and is only reasonable for small or very urgent consignments;
Sea freight is charged on the greater of either volume or weight, ie 1.0 m3 / 1000 kgs minimum. As rates change frequently, ask if you require a quote.

Guarantee : All products and commodities are carefully checked prior to shipment. Supplying companies normally provide warranty cover, however, as return shipping for non eproducts may not be practicable, warranties may be limited to replacement parts or repair. Refund or replacement occurs in the unlikely event of serious problems.

Logos : For dealers / resellers, often your our own logo, picture, design, etc, can be placed on a manufactured product. Just provide us with an image..

Manufacture time : Although all ecommodities and some commodities are available immediately for delivery, some products need to be manufactured or readied for shipment, and specially so if to your individual design or specifications.

Payment : Payment is by credit card, clickbank, paypal, letter of credit (L/C), bank transfer (T/T or wire) or by cleared cheque (check).

Price Lists : Please ask for a specific price or quote if possible. There are some price lists available, but not for all ranges of product. Please see pricing and quotes.

Pricing : Each order and shipment is individually priced / quoted to your requirements. If requird, Customs (import) duties and taxes are the buyers responsibility unless specifically asked for. We can often inform you of any duties payable, but not any local taxes.
